What is your turnaround time? Do you have quick turnaround options available?

Our standard turnaround time is 9-14 business days, but we do offer expedited turnaround options for a fee. If you need your project completed quickly, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

What are your business hours?

We are available to answer your questions and assist you with your order Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm EST. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We look forward to helping you take the next step in your career!

What payment methods do you accept? What is the payment process?

I accept Cashapp, Chime, Credit & Debit Card (at checkout), and PayPal. If you don’t have a Cashapp or PayPal account, I can send an invoice to your email directly. It is not required to have an account to pay the invoice. Please note: Payments are upfront as I begin work when payment is received.

I know that my resume has to get passed the bot aka ATS. What is that? Are your career packages aligned with the bot?

ATS stands for “Applicant Tracking System.” It is a software used by many companies to electronically sort and review job applications. ATS systems are designed to scan resumes for specific keywords and phrases that are relevant to the job opening. If a resume does not include these keywords, it may be less likely to be selected for further review.

At Resumes by Angel, we are committed to developing career packages that are ATS-friendly by building visually appealing and well-written career packages that are optimized to include the keywords and phrases that are most likely to be searched for by ATS systems. This ensures that your career package has the best chance of being seen and considered by hiring managers.

In addition to being ATS-friendly, my career packages are also designed to be easily readable and skimmable by human eyes. What are your policies? Refunds, privacy, etc?

At Resumes by Angel, we are committed to providing top-quality service to all of our clients. To ensure that you have the best possible experience with us, we have established the following policies:

Refunds: NO refunds are given. If you are not completely satisfied with the final product, we will work with you. I do not issue refunds, but I will credit you an appropriate amount that goes towards your next purchase if applicable! Keep in mind that my time nor efforts into developing your career package is non-refundable.

Privacy: We take the privacy of our clients very seriously. Any information that you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

Turnaround time: Our typical turnaround time for a career package is 9-14 business days. If you need your resume sooner, we offer expedited services for an additional fee.

Can I see samples or examples of your work?

Thank you for your interest in my work! I completely understand your desire to see examples of my past projects or client resumes, but unfortunately, due to my strict privacy policy (which can be found on my website under “Terms & Conditions”), I’m unable to share this information. I take my clients’ privacy very seriously, and I want to ensure that all of my clients feel comfortable knowing that their information is safe with me. However, I’m happy to provide references from past clients upon request.
