How can I contact you?

You can contact me through email, IG, Twitter, and FB Messenger. The questionnaire that I send you will help me develop your package per your job goals and specifications. Communicating through text correspondences (i.e FB Messenger or email) gives me the ability to work on your package at all hours of the day and for record-keeping. I find myself working on packages early in the morning to very late in the evening. The entire process has been customized to be convenient for both you, the client, and myself.

What is your turnaround time? Do you have quick turnaround options available?

My current turnaround average is 9-14 business days. Please note that my turnaround is based on the number of orders received. If you need a quicker turnaround of your package, then you can purchase my express for an expediated turnaround. Additional fee does apply.

How can I pay for your professional services?

I accept Cashapp and PayPal. Although, my website provides additional payment options at checkout. If you don’t have a cashapp or PayPal account, then I can send an invoice to your email directly. It is not required to have an account to pay the invoice. ALL payments are upfront as I begin work when payment is received. No exceptions. No refunds.

I have a resume, but I’m going to change careers. Is this something you can help me with?
What if I don’t have a resume? Could you help me with building a resume from scratch?

Definitely. I have helped many clients with their resumes when changing careers. In the event that you are changing careers, your resume will need to be tailored to the position that you are applying for.

Don’t have a resume? No problem. I have a form that will help me build your resume from scratch. This form will request your work and education background AND your goals that you desire! This’ll help me develop your resume, so all details are vital.

I’m transitioning in/out of the military. Can you make a resume that will help me with this?

If transitioning out: Yes, I can help you translate your military resume or documents into civilian lingo.
If transitioning in: Yes, I can help you transition your resume to the military/federal terminology and layout that is required to have when applying to jobs in that field.

What types of resumes can you work on? What are your credentials?

To answer both questions… Throughout the past 7 years of hands-on writing experience, I have gained the ability to write nearly all types of resumes that are known in the industry. Some examples include functional, federal, civilian, and standard resumes. If you are looking for a specific layout, I can most likely accommodate it. I have worked on many resumes in industries including advertising and marketing, aerospace, computer and technology, construction, education, energy, entertainment, fashion, finance and economic, food and beverage, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, media and news, mining, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and transportation. This also includes specifically CEOs, Stay-At-Home Mother/Father, Customer Service Representatives, Human Resources, Military Personnel, and much much more!

What does ATS mean? Are your resumes ATS-friendly?

ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. An ATS is generally used by employers and HR to process resumes through the system with the understanding your work history and relevance to the job description.. They input specific keywords and phrases into the database when they scan your (and other candidates) resumes. Typically, you would like to have your resume scoring higher than 80%. My goal for each resume is 85%+. ATS-friendly means our resumes are ready to go through an ATS correctly so you don’t have to worry about being placed at the bottom of the stack.
