PRIVACY POLICY:

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Resumes By Angel. All of your information is safely secured and will not be given to any other person. This privacy notice applies solely to information given to myself to complete the requested services. We are the sole owners of the information collected from you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the communication correspondences of which I was contacted on by you, your information is protected both online and offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. I do not provide samples/examples of my previous work or samples due to my client’s confidential information and my privacy policy. I take information security very seriously.

PAYMENT:

REFUND:

We do not offer refunds because our digital services are immediately accessible upon the completion and delivery of your career package and cannot be returned. In simple terms, you forfeit your payment as soon as you place the order which is when you pay for the services. In the event that a chargeback is initiated for services that have been fully rendered, I will formally dispute the chargeback. Should the chargeback be resolved in your favor, I reserve the right to pursue legal action against you on the grounds of fraud. You will be held liable for all costs and expenses associated with such legal proceedings, including, but not limited to, court fees, attorney fees, and any other related legal expenses incurred by both parties. We commit significant time, effort, and expertise to each career package, and as such, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.

REVISION POLICY:

I do NOT offer revisions on packages. What is sent is FINAL. You have the editable format where you can make the necessary adjustments as you see fit. My turnaround average is 9-14 business days*. The timeline is an AVERAGE – which means that you will receive it within 9-14 business days or after the 9-14 business days. *Note: Business days are Monday – Friday.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS & CONSEQUENCES:

We will not tolerate any threats or disrespectful actions towards any team member. If you make ANY threats or disrespect any personnel within this company, this will result in the forfeit of your package and you will NOT receive a refund.

IN SUMMARY:

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any work. By submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (1) all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances; (2) upon submission of payment, you forfeit any right to reclaim or dispute the payment. Furthermore, you agree to adhere to the standard turnaround time unless express delivery has been separately purchased. Gratuities (tips) are not mandatory, but are appreciated and considered a voluntary gesture.
