The Career Partner Rewards Program is designed to empower satisfied clients, career professionals, influencers, bloggers, and job search advocates to earn passive income by referring clients to high-quality career services, including resume writing and coaching.

Ongoing evaluations ensure rewards grow with commitment and results. All new affiliates begin at a base commission rate of 5% for their first 30 days. After this initial period, your performance will be reviewed. High-performing partners may be promoted to 10% or higher commission tiers and be eligible for exclusive bonuses and resources. A second performance review will occur at 90 days, offering further opportunities for increases based on results and engagement. Cash App users can request payouts with a minimum of $1. No minimum payout applies to Chime or PayPal, though PayPal users are subject to processing fees.

Payout Process

Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid within 2 business days after a client’s payment is confirmed.
Payout Methods: PayPal, Cash App, & Chime are available.
Minimum Threshold: Affiliates are paid for every qualifying referral— if paid via Cashapp, there is a $1 minimum.

How It Works

Sign Up: Affiliates apply and are approved through a simple form: CLICK HERE or scroll to the bottom of the page.
Receive Custom Link or Code: Each affiliate receives a personalized referral code and link. If you go through the link, they will still need your code to correctly assign commission to you.
Share & Promote: Affiliates share the code through social media, email, blogs, or direct referrals.
Earn Commissions: When a referral converts into a paying client, the affiliate earns a percentage of the sale.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
- Affiliates must be 18+ years old.
- No purchase necessary to join.
- Must agree to the program terms & conditions.
Referral Credit
- Client must use your unique link and referral code at time of booking.
- Referrals are tracked via form submission, link click, and discount code.
Activity Requirement
- Affiliates must remain active to stay in the program. If no referral activity or engagement is shown within 14 days, the affiliate may be removed without notice. Reapplication is allowed after 14 days.
Promotion Guidelines
- No spamming, misleading claims, or impersonation.
- All promotions must be truthful and professional.
Right to Terminate
- We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status for any reason, including fraud or brand misalignment.

Q1: How do I earn commissions?
You earn a percentage of each paid service (writing, coaching, or resources) purchased by someone you refer using your unique link or code.

Q2: What is the commission rate?
All affiliates start at 5%. After 30 days, your performance is reviewed and may qualify you for 10%+ commissions. A second review occurs after 90 days for further potential increases.

Q3: How are referrals tracked?
Referrals must either use your unique link or enter your referral code during booking or intake. This is the only way to ensure you receive credit for the referral.

Q4: When do I get paid?
Payouts are issued within 2 business days after a client’s payment is received and verified. No long wait times.

Q5: What are the payout options?
We pay via Cash App, Chime, or PayPal. Cashapp has a minimum payout of $1, while Chime and PayPal doesn’t. Please note that standard PayPal transaction fees apply, which may reduce your final payout amount.

Q6: What if a client forgets to enter my code?
Unfortunately, if we can’t confirm the referral through your link or code, no commission can be paid. It’s important to remind your audience to use your code at the time of booking.

Q7: What happens if I’m inactive?
Affiliates who are inactive (no referral activity or engagement) for 14 days may be removed from the program. You can reapply after 14 days.

Q8: Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed and will result in immediate removal from the program.

Q9: Where can I get promotional content to share?
You’ll receive a full affiliate promo kit with graphics, captions, and tips once you’re approved. You can also request updates or content support anytime. ALL materials will be provided!!

Q9: Could I earn commission towards a career service/package?
Yes. If you prefer, your earned commission can be applied as a credit toward any of our paid career services or packages. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll apply your balance accordingly. This is a great option if you’re also looking to invest in your own professional growth.
