One-On-One Job Program (60-Day)

Description

Over the course of 60 days, I will work with you ONE on ONE to get you hired.
This consists of constant tailoring of your resume, networking on LinkedIn, tracking data, and applying. You will not do this alone, I will be helping you throughout the entire process.

This is ONLY for someone that can and be willing to:
Go through the whole duration of 60 days.
Be dedicated to the program.
Show up Monday – Friday at the scheduled time.
Be able to take rejections as we’re just waiting for that one YES to YOUR DREAM JOB.

All together this program has:
– Resume Tailoring + Tweaks (Edits)
A resume will be built as the basic foundation and I’ll edit it to tailor your resume to the jobs that we’re applying to.
– LinkedIn Optimization & Sourcing:
I’ll basically manage your LinkedIn for you. I’ll source out jobs for you to look at that meet your specifications. I’ll also optimize your profile and network with companies that you’re interested in applying to.
– Data Tracking:
Using Google Docs & Sheets, sharable to you – I’ll be maintaining your data on the document. It’ll show where we’ve applied at, results, when you applied, actions taken, etc., while keeping frequently used info on record to look back on.
– Networking:
This goes hand and hand with LinkedIn. I’ll be reaching out to HR/Recruiters to get a referral as well as give a good first impression of you.
– Applications
We will be submitting at least 5 applications/day for 60 days. That’s 300 applications total.

Results on current program attendee;
Many job seekers see 20–40% rejections early on. Only ~8% of applications have been rejected. It’s PRIME time for them because we’re about to hit the natural reply window for early applications. The odds look great due to the consistent pace and maintaining a low rejection rate.

– What if I get rejected from jobs?
Rejections are part of the process — and expected. The goal is to keep applying consistently and refine along the way until we get the right “yes.” You’ll be supported throughout the ups and downs.

– Do I have to apply to the jobs myself?
Nope — I do the applications for you. You won’t have to worry about filling out endless forms or tailoring each submission. I’ll handle all the applications on your behalf — based on the roles we agree on — using your optimized resume and profile. All you need to do is show up, stay engaged, do your assessments, and be ready for interviews when they come!

– How do you decide which jobs to apply to for me?
Before we start, we’ll have a strategy session where you’ll share your goals, preferences, target roles, and deal-breakers. From there, I’ll handpick remote job listings that match your background, values, and priorities — whether it’s salary, schedule, industry, or company culture. You’ll always have visibility into what’s being applied to, and we’ll adjust the strategy as needed.

Since this is a high-touch, results-driven program, I’m looking for dedicated individuals who are serious about their job search and willing to commit to the full 60 days.
