I gather all details needed to complete your resume. Throughout the process, I may contact you in order to obtain the necessary information.
Secure payments are accepted via invoice. Invoices can be sent straight to your email. Pay from your inbox! Payments are made upfront as I begin work when payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PDF formats are provided to you with your resume and cover letter purchase. This secures the specific format/layout that your resume has been customized to. If you would like the word format, they are an additional $5.
My turnaround average is 7 business days, however I do keep you posted on the progress. The turnaround average means that you could receive the resume and cover letter within 7 business days OR after the 7 business days.
